Tracking?

Once your order has been processed, we will provide you with the tracking details, even if the item has not yet been posted. Our standard procedure is to ship your order within 1-3 days.

Returns?

All orders placed with KAFFY KAFTAN are considered final, and refunds are strictly not available unless under extremely exceptional circumstances. If you wish to make a return, it must reach us within 7 days from the date you received the item; otherwise, the appeal will be voided. Please note that any exchange can only be accepted if the item remains unopened in its original packaging, and the customer is responsible for bearing the postage costs.
